Meeting with their LORD at the Resurrection

They know but the outer (things) in the life of this world: but of the End of things they are heedless.

Do they not reflect in their own minds? Not but for just ends & for a term appointed, did Allah create the heavens & the earth, & all between them: yet are there truly many among men who deny the meeting with their Lord (at the Resurrection)!

Do they not travel through the earth, & see what was the end of those before them? They were superior to them in strength: they tilled the soil & populated it in greater numbers than these have done: there came to them their messengers with Clear (Signs). (Which they rejected, to their own destruction): It was not Allah Who wronged them, but they wronged their own souls. [30:7-9]

To Him belongs every being

Among His Signs in this, that He created you from dust; & then,- behold, ye are men scattered (far & wide)!

And among His Signs is this, that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that ye may dwell in tranquillity with them, & He has put love & mercy between your (hearts): verily in that are Signs for those who reflect.

And among His Signs is the creation of the heavens & the earth, & the variations in your languages & your colours: verily in that are Signs for those who know.

And among His Signs is the sleep that ye take by night & by day, & the quest that ye (make for livelihood) out of His Bounty: verily in that are signs for those who hearken.

And among His Signs, He shows you the lightning, by way both of fear & of hope, & He sends down rain from the sky & with it gives life to the earth after it is dead: verily in that are Signs for those who are wise.

And among His Signs is this, that heaven & earth stand by His Command: then when He calls you, by a single call, from the earth, behold, ye (straightway) come forth.

To Him belongs every being that is in the heavens & on earth: all are devoutly obedient to Him. [30:20-26]

“And because they were patient & constant, He will reward them with a Garden & (garments of) silk. Reclining in the (Garden) on raised thrones, they will see there neither the sun’s (excessive heat) nor (the moon’s) excessive cold.” [76:12-13]

“And they will say: “Praise be to Allah, Who has removed from us (all) sorrow: for our Lord is indeed Oft-Forgiving Ready to appreciate (service):” [35:34]

“They & their associates will be in groves of (cool) shade, reclining on Thrones (of dignity); (Every) fruit (enjoyment) will be there for them; they shall have whatever they call for;” [36:56-57]

“Enjoying the (Bliss) which their Lord hath bestowed on them, & their Lord shall deliver them from the Penalty of the Fire.” [52:18]

He is the Great, the Most High

“He knoweth the unseen & that which is open: He is the Great, the Most High.” [13:9]

“That is because Allah – He is the Reality; & those besides Him whom they invoke,- they are but vain Falsehood: verily Allah is He, Most High, Most Great.” [22:62]

“That is because Allah is the (only) Reality, & because whatever else they invoke besides Him is Falsehood; & because Allah,- He is the Most High, Most Great.” [31:30]

“”No intercession can avail in His Presence, except for those for whom He has granted permission. So far (is this the case) that, when terror is removed from their hearts (at the Day of Judgment, then) will they say, ‘what is it that your Lord commanded?’ they will say, ‘That which is true & just; & He is the Most High Most Great’.”” [34:23]

“Then celebrate with praises the name of thy Lord, the Supreme!” [56:74]

Face of thy Lord,- full of Majesty, Bounty & Honour

“Allah is He, than Whom there is no other god;- the Sovereign, the Holy One, the Source of Peace (& Perfection), the Guardian of Faith, the Preserver of Safety, the Exalted in Might, the Irresistible, the Supreme: Glory to Allah! (High is He) above the partners they attribute to Him.” [59:23]

“But will abide (for ever) the Face of thy Lord,- full of Majesty, Bounty & Honour.” [55:27]
